[Meaning #1: Love]
A man remembering his lover. He notes the passing time by vaguely describing the change of seasons (that could have happens infinitely many times -> infinitely many years could have passed). Trying to convince himself that he’s getting used to the pain, the sadness; trying to convince himself that he can forget about the love now by singing his blues.
[Meaning #2: Big Bang]
A song of apology. Bigbang is coming back with a fresh, new start (spring) after a period of rest (winter). The things that happened in 2011 makes Bigbang tired and bruised, but they’re ready to sing the blues again. Blues refer to VIPs, as well as the song dedicated to VIPs. Blue sadness and blue tears mean VIP’s sadness and tears caused by Bigbang. 뜬구름 (ddeun goo-reum) is an idiomatic expression for both “all-of-a-sudden” and “rumors”: possibly referring to the 2011 incidents.
Uuughhhhh god it’s beautiful.
